About Us

intensive outpatient program (iOP)

FAQ Answers

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is conducted virtually through Zoom, with no in-person sessions available. The program spans 18 sessions, consisting of three sessions per week for six weeks, and each session lasts 2 hours.

Sessions Schedule (offered 8 times per week):

  1. Monday 7 am
  2. Monday 7 pm
  3. Tuesday 7 am
  4. Tuesday 7 pm
  5. Thursday 7 am
  6. Thursday 7 pm
  7. Saturday 7 am
  8. Sunday 7 am

Enrollees will be provided access (Zoom login link) to each of the eight weekly sessions. Participants are allowed to attend a maximum of one session per day and no more than three sessions per week.

Session attendance offers flexibility. For example, in week 1, an enrollee may attend Monday 7 pm, Tuesday 7 am, and Thursday 7 am sessions. In week 2, the same enrollee may opt for Sunday 7 am, Monday 7 pm, and Saturday 7 am sessions. The following week (week 3), the enrollee may choose to attend Monday 7 pm, Tuesday 7 am, and Thursday 7 am sessions. This adaptable schedule allows enrollees to select sessions based on their convenience.

The maximum time allowed to complete the course is 8 weeks from the booking date (day of initial payment). Failure to complete all 18 sessions within this timeframe will result in termination from the course.

IOP is an open group meeting, and enrollees can start immediately after completing all enrollment requirements. There is no set start date.

The total cost for the IOP course is $590, with an initial payment of $90 and subsequent weekly payments of $100 for five consecutive weeks (1 payment of $90 and 5 payments of $100 per week). Monthly progress reports are sent to the C.S.O., and state-approved completion certificates are provided to all graduates. The course is conducted exclusively in English.
