DWI Intervention (REPEAt Offender)

DWI Intervention (Repeat offender)

  TDLR DWI-I LICENSE NUMBER:  1577

Our State-endorsed DWI-I Intervention Program is crafted for individuals with multiple DWIs experiencing alcohol/drug-related challenges. The program aims to raise awareness about the alcohol/drug-abusing lifestyles of the offenders.

Obtain your certificate in 7.5 weeks, attending two days per week, upon completion of 30 hours of classroom instruction.

FAQ ANSWERS

Our DWI Intervention Program for Repeat Offenders is conducted virtually through Zoom, with no in-person sessions available. The program consists of 15 sessions over 7.5 weeks, with each session lasting 2 hours.

Two schedule options are available:

OPTION 1: Weekend (SATURDAY/SUNDAY) sessions are held on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9 am to 11 am for 7.5 weeks.

OPTION 2: Weekday (MONDAY/TUESDAY) sessions take place on Monday and Tuesday mornings from 6 am to 8 am for 7.5 weeks.

It is mandatory for participants to attend all sessions without any missed time. There is no makeup time in the DWII program, and any missed sessions will result in termination from the program. Prospective enrollees should refrain from enrolling if they cannot commit to attending all 15 sessions punctually.

DWII operates as a closed group meeting, and enrollees will participate according to their chosen schedule. Program fees are to be paid in full during the booking process. State-approved completion certificates are provided to all graduates, and the program is conducted exclusively in English.

The Process

1. Booking Process:

  • Select your preferred date and time for booking.
  • Note that the chosen date and time do not constitute a schedule commitment (We apologize for any inconvenience, and we are working to streamline this process).

2. Payment Options:

  • Make a credit card payment online.
  • Alternatively, schedule an appointment to make a cash payment.

3. Confirmation Emails:

  • Receive your first email confirming your booking and providing your receipt.
  • Within 24 hours, receive a second email containing the Intake process details, including the Portal Sign-In link.

4. Intake Process:

  • Sign into the Portal and complete all required forms/documents.
  • Upload a picture ID as part of the intake process.

5. Office Communication:

  • Call the office at (832) 830-8662 to go over paperwork.

6. Orientation Package:

  • Enrollees will find an orientation package in the portal, covering basic rules (with a detailed explanation by the facilitator on the first day of attendance), class requirements, and Zoom login links for all sessions.

7. Orientation Completion:

  • Call the office at (832) 830-8662 to finalize the orientation process and be cleared to start attending sessions.
  • At this point, an enrollment agreement will be completed and sent to the enrollee and the Enrollee's CSO (Community Supervision Officer).

8. Session Attendance:

  • Start attending sessions immediately once the orientation process is complete.
