DWI EDUCATION (FIRST TIME OFFENDER) REGISTARTION

  TDLR LICENSE NUMBER: 1715

Enroll in our State-approved DWI Education program to fulfill your court requirements. The program outlines three distinct objectives for each participant:

  1. Acquire knowledge about the effects of alcohol and other drugs on driving skills.
  2. Identify the risk factors linked to a pattern of drinking/drugged driving.
  3. Develop a proactive plan of action to minimize the likelihood of future DWI behavior.

Achieve your certificate in just 3 days upon completing 12 hours of classroom instruction.

faq's answers

Our DWI Education Program for first-time offenders is conducted virtually through Zoom with no in-person sessions available. The program spans 12 hours over 3 days, with each session lasting 4 hours. Sessions are exclusively offered on Monday through Wednesday (3 consecutive days) from 7 pm to 11 pm.

Enrollees are required to attend all sessions without any missed time. There is no makeup time in the DWIE program, and any missed sessions will result in termination from the program. Prospective enrollees should refrain from enrolling if they cannot commit to attending all 15 sessions punctually.

DWIE operates as a closed group meeting, and enrollees will participate according to their chosen schedule. Program fees are to be paid in full during the booking process. Successful completion of an exam is necessary to receive a State-approved completion certificate, and the program is conducted exclusively in English.
